If you’re familiar with this website, you already know damn well that a DTV action movie starring Randy Couture, Billy Zane, Danny Trejo, and, for some reason, Dr. Drew, is very, very, very in our wheelhouse. So without further ado, here’s the trailer for Final Kill, it’s…exactly what it looks like.
From the this trailer, not to mention the people involved and the overall aesthetic, you know what you’re going to get with Final Kill. Depending on how you feel about this type of no-frills, stripped-down action, your mileage may vary. I, for one, feel good about that, but you probably guessed that, didn’t you? You are a bit of a detective.
Here’s the official synopsis:
An action-packed thriller about a mercenary hired to protect a couple hiding out in Central America from a ruthless crime family. In his final assignment as a protector, it quickly turns deadly as a group of mafia henchman descend on the tranquil Costa Rican village. Soon the agent learns that the job is far more than it seems and it will take all of his experience to get them out alive.
Final Kill also stars Ed Morrone and James Russo, and it hits theaters and, probably primarily, VOD outlets on March 6. You know what to do.
