Anytime Nicolas Winding Refn makes a movie, it’s an event
that will have my full, undivided attention. The director of
Drive, Only God Forgives,
Bronson, Valhalla Rising, and more is a
damn hit factory, so I’m understandably excited for The Neon Demon, which just dropped two slick new posters.
The cast of The Neon Demon is great,
fronted by Elle Fanning, but also featuring Keanu Reeves, Jena Malone,
Christina Hendricks, and more, and though there’s not much more to know aside
from the quick synopsis:
When aspiring model Jesse moves to Los Angeles, her youth and vitality are devoured by a group of beauty-obsessed women who will take any means necessary to get what she has.
The Neon Demon hits theaters this summer
thanks to Amazon Studios, so you have to think we’ll have a trailer sooner or
later. In the meantime, however, check out these posters that may or may not be
official, but either way they’re gorgeous and awesome.
