Just in case you forgot, Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice isn’t the only movie the Dark Knight-starring movie we’re
getting. No, I’m not talking about the upcoming Justice
League movies, or the rumored Ben Affleck-directed solo adventure. I
mean The Lego Batman Movie, which just dropped its first
teaser trailer.
Maybe I’m still gun-shy because Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice is…let’s just say underwhelming, but I’m not super
into this Lego Batman trailer either. I know it’s early, the
movie doesn’t open until 2017, but this is not particularly interesting or even
all that funny. I get what they’re going for, it simply doesn’t hit the mark.
I really want this to be great, because I want Will Arnett
to be in a funny movie, and The Lego Movie was so fantastic.
Hopefully things will get better for The Lego Batman Movie,
and like I said, it’s still way, way early in the game.
