“There’s nothing we can do but fight.” Those words echo
throughout the latest trailer for Season 2 of Marvel and Netflix’s
Daredevil, and there is certainly a great deal of fighting.
The last look gave us a full-frontal blast of Jon Bernthal’s Punisher, while
this latest video is heavy on the other key new addition, Elodie Yung’s Elektra
Natchios.
This has just about everything I want. There’s Elektra being
badass, the Hand, the Yakuza, Daredevil kicking the hell out of villains,
Daredevil getting the hell kicked out of him by villains,
grit, darkness, and all the elements that made Daredevil Season
1 so great. We even get a few more peeks at the Punisher.
Daredevil Season 2 drops on Netflix in
its entirety on March 18. You’ve got time to arrange to take the day off, or at
least lay the groundwork for calling out sick. Check out the trailer below.
