As you may know, Mad Max: Fury Road is
one of my favorite movies of 2015. Star Wars: The Force Awakens is one of my most anticipated movies of 2015. What happens
when you put them together? Well, it looks an awful lot like this awesome new
video that mashes them together. You may be surprised by just how well the two
fit with one another.
I have to thank YouTube user Krishna Shenoi for making both this video and my day. Most videos of this
sort take one movie and shoehorn it into another and you wind up with a clip
that feels like one or the other. This, however, is definitely its own unique
thing, with war boys, lightsabers, post-apocalyptic battle rigs, X-Wing
Fighters, and more of your favorite bits of both The Force
Awakens (at least what we’ve seen so far) and Fury
Road. The two just mesh damn near perfectly. I would watch the hell
out of this movie.
Star Wars: The Force Awakens opens
everywhere December 18, and Mad Max: Fury Road is currently
ripping the world a new asshole as we speak.
